October 2nd, 2011 - Fall Concerts and Recitals! Concerts and Recitals are 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, and 8:00 pm. One of the 4 most important lessons in the year. Do your best to perform in this performance, because performing in public dramatically improves the power and concentration of your playing, even if you just want to play or sing at home by yourself. If you're not in recital, you should still come. Seeing other people perform will make YOU a better musician. That's actually probably why you started taking lessons in the 1st place - you heard someone play or sing something, somewhere and you thought - THAT IS COOL! I'd like to do that! We REALLY think it's important for you to be there, not because it's the way we do things, but because you will become a better musician because you came. It's also a wonderful time to come hear other people play, to inspire yourself, and to meet other musicians. So, come and learn.
BUT - try to get in the recital and play yourself!
Open: Concerts are open to anyone. Bring as many people as you like. Bring them with you or just tell someone about it and give them our number, we'll do the rest.

In a music seminar you may hear things you've never even thought about, ways to play, or practice, or sing, or think, because the BIG PICTURE is presented. Something said in our music seminars may help you tomorrow, or it may hit you 2 years from now. We have 6 to 8 master classes at a time covering guitar, bass, voice, woodwinds, piano, drums/percussion, and other topics and you can come to any and all of them.
